The Space
This beautiful mediterranean style villa is situated very close to the commercial centre and glorious beach of Son Bou, car hire is not necessary. The entrance to the villa is up a few stairs to the pool terrace and the porch over the entrance. The second terrace area is open with a private swimming pool of aprox. 8m x 4m with roman style steps and furnished to enjoy the sunshine and a brick built barbecue. The second terrace area is covered and is furnished for al-fresco dining.
From this terrace you would enter into the large open plan dining area, living room (with air conditioning) and kitchen, which is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven with ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and blender, allowing for a completly self catering holiday. There are three bedrooms, the first has a double bed with air-conditioning and access to a terrace with amazing views, the other two have two twin beds each and fans. There are two bathrooms one with bath and one with shower. Free Wifi.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
