The Space
Villa Lucia is a pretty, three bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached villa which shares a pool with only one other villa. Situated in a prime location, close to the beach and amenities of Son Bou, this villa has spectacular views on the menorcan coast. The villa comprises of an open plan living/dining room with TV and DVD player. The kitchen has been fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and blender; ideal for a self-catering holiday. Additionaly, it consists of three twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
From the living room you can access a large terrace that has been furnished outdoor dining furniture and has beautiful views overlooking Son Bou. Sunloungers and BBQ are provided. There is also an outside pool shower.

Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Villa Lucia is located 20km from the airport, 500m from the nearest supermarket and other amenities and 500m from the beach.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
