The Space
Villa Magdalena is located in San Jaime and is a classic style villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and wonderful sea views. The villa is located in an area near the beach and all the amenities, so it is highly recommended if you do not want to depend so much on hiring a car. The villa is divided into three levels. Access is on the top floor, where you will find the living room next to the kitchen that is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. On the same floor is a small bathroom. The lower level comprises of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct access out onto the terrace and the swimming pool.
The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture that is perfect for al-fresco dining and has a brick built barbecue. It also offers wonderful views of Playa de Son Bou . There is a swimming pool surrounded by a terrace for sunbathing.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Villa Magdalena is located 20km from the airport, 300m from the nearest supermarket and other amenities and 750m from the beach.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
