The Space
Villa Mari Carmen is a modern villa located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Son Ganxo. Decorated with comfortable furniture and is distributed over two floors. The ground floor of this villa comprises of a spacious living room with TV, free Wi-Fi access and fire place, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor consists of two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom.
The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m and is surrounded by artificial grass. Stone built BBQ.
Connected to the lounge and kitchen is a covered porch furnished with table and chairs, great for al-fresco dining, and garden sofas for relaxing in the shade.
Location
This villa is located in Son Ganxo a small urbanization on the South-East coast of the island. Not far from the beautiful urbanization of Binibeca. Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here.
Binibeca is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
There are rock platforms to access the sea 100m from the villa, and both Punta Prima and Binibeca beach are 5 minutes drive in opposite directions. Sant Lluis town, where all local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc) can be found, is less than 10 minutes by car. Vehicle is necessary.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
