The Space
Villa Neus has been furnished with basic yet comfortable furniture and all rooms are distributed on ground level. It comprises of a living/dining room with TV, an equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and one full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. This rental also includes free Wi-Fi.
The front garden is a fruit and vegetable patch. The swimming pool that is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and lawn is in the main garden which is at the back of the property.
There is a shaded porch with table and chairs with direct access to the living room and a built-in barbeque for outdoor dining.
The back garden is completely private and is an ideal spot for relaxing and sunbathing.
Location
This lovely villa is situated in Binixica, a small urbanization set between the village of Sant Climent and the popular beach town of Cala en Porter, both a 5 minute drive away. The nearest supermarket and amenities is 3km away, the beach is 6.5km away and the airport is located 6km away from the villa.
A vehicle would be necessary.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
