The Space
Villa Nineta is a lovely meditteranean style single story villa located very close to the shops and amenities. There is private off road parking with steps up to the exterior terrace and entrance. The superb living and dining room has a TV and free Wi-Fi, and has also been fitted with air-conditioning. An arched opening leads you to a fully equipped kitchen for the perfect self-catering holiday. The villa comprises of threevbedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and access to its own terrace. The other two bedrooms both have two single beds, ceiling fans and they share a full bathroom.
The exterior of villa Nineta is split into two areas, firstly the swimming pool (8m x 5m) area with furnished terrace for taking in the sunshine and the sea views. The second area consists of a covered dining area with more wonderful sea views and down a few steps is the built in brick barbecue and stone table perfect for family dining.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
