The Space
Villa Primavera is a single storey three bedroom villa with two shared bathrooms, a covered terrace area, built in barbecue, private swimming pool, sea views and free Wi-Fi.
It comprises of a lounge that has been comfortably furnished, from here you can step out onto the large covered terrace with sea views, a built in barbecue and is fully furnished for al-fresco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday and has an American bar leading to the dining room which overlooks the barbecue area.
To the right of the lounge there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two of the rooms overlook the pool area and the other faces the rear of the property. There are two family bathrooms in the villa.
From the covered terrace there are a few steps down to the pool and sunbathing area, the villa has a rectangular shaped swimming pool that measures 8m x 4m.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
