The Space
This mediterranean style villa is located in one of the most exclusive streets in Torre Soli Nou. Villa Romani invites you to enjoy fabulous views of Son Bou beach. It is a two storey villa and is accessible by ramp or stairs. The first floor has an air-conditioned living / dining room with direct access to the open american style fully equipped kitchen and small w/c. The lounge leads on to a covered terrace with built in brick barbecue and the most stunning views of the whole bay.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, the master double is the largest with air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to the pool terrace. The second and third bedrooms also have air-conditioning, access to the pool terrace and they share a bathroom.
The swimming pool is 9m x 5m with roman steps and surrounded by a terrace that has breathtaking views and is well furnished with beds, chairs, tables and umbrellas.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
