This villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 people. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs, two are twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, they share a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.  There is also a double bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes and views over the far reaching countryside.  This room has an ensuite bathroom, with a shower over the bath.  The master bedroom is upstairs, it has an ensuite with shower over the bath and patio doors which lead on to a large wrap-around terrace offering wonderful views of both the sea and the countryside. All bedrooms are equipped with electric fans and have mosquito netting to the windows.  Downstairs leading from the entrance area is a spacious lounge-dining room, the dining table can comfortably seat 8, and it is extendable for when guests may come over.  There are patio doors that lead from the dining area on to the pool terrace. The lounge has dual aspect windows and high ceilings so it feels light and airy.  There is a TV with access to UK free-to-view satellite channels and a DVD player. 

The patio doors open out to the large terrace and pool area.  The fully equipped kitchen leads off the dining area, with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and separate wine fridge.  The villa is on a good sized plot with well maintained lawns and shrubs, extensive terraces (both covered and open) for al fresco dining or just relaxing around the large swimming pool. The villa is centrally heated throughout, making it ideal for the cooler early and later periods of the season, and of course winter rentals.
