This detached three bedroom, two bathroom villa is tucked away from the main road along a long gated driveway, located in the popular beach resort of Cala en Porter.  It is only a very short walk away from all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that the resort provides, as well as its beautiful beach with white sand and pristine water.

The villa is all on one level with no steps, making access easy for everyone. There is a large living/dining room with high ceilings, ensuring that the villa stays cooler during the warmer months.  It is tastefully furnished with a large corner sofa, dining table and chairs, TV with IPTV channels, Wi-Fi internet access and air-con.

The large kitchen is off the lounge diner and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday including all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

All three twin bedrooms are located off the living/dining room. There are two family bathrooms with bath with shower over, sink and wc. One is an en-suite and the other is between the other two twin bedrooms.

Through patio doors off the living room there is a terrace area with outdoor furniture, the large pool (which can be heated for a supplement) and grassed areas for sunbathing. To the side of the house is a brick built barbecue and another area for outside dining.
