This beautiful, modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a unique property located on the North side of Mahon harbour. Like many of the villas in this area, it boasts stunning views of the capitals harbour and skyline, but what sets it apart is the high degree of privacy that the villa's position, high on the hillside, has to offer. The first room guests will come across upon entering is the light and airy open-plan living/dining room and kitchen. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open out onto the terrace allow Menorca's plentiful sunshine illuminate the room. The living room is tastefully furnished with modern leather sofas, chairs, a wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and IPTV channels that stream through the Wi-Fi Internet. There is plenty of space for eating at the large dining table and chairs, which are just in front of the ultra-modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and offer freestanding islands for food prep and storage. It has a wide array of appliances, including an electric oven and hob with an extractor, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and cutlery, crockery and utensils ready for self-catering. There is also a washing machine located under the stairs from the outside terrace, for guests' convenience.  

Descending to the villas lower level, guests will find the bedrooms: one master suite with a king sized bed, patio doors that lead out onto the lower garden, a dressing area, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a feature bath. The other two are another double, also with a king sized bed, and a twin room with two single beds. They both also have fitted wardrobes and have doors leading out onto the garden. These two rooms share a family bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a small gym room with a small range of exercise machines and weights.  

The beautiful outdoor areas include the lower Mediterranean style garden from which the bedrooms have access, a dining terrace with table and chairs and a high quality gas BBQ, a terrace for sunbathing, and a lovely infinity pool.  This villa offers a full clean and change of linen and towles every three to four days on all bookings. This villa is not suitable for children.
