The Space
Villa Zapa is a light and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa that is situated between Binibeca Vell and Binissafua Rotters, opposite the Binibeca Club Resort. This villa benefits from air conditioning in the living area and all the bedrooms. The living/dining area is modern in style and has large patio doors which lead out to the terrace and pool area with a good sea views. The living area has satellite TV, DVD and has been furnished for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms, one double with an en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and microwave. Outside you will find a large outside terrace area furnished with table and chairs, sun loungers and parasols and a BBQ. There is also a big garden area.
Location
Binissafua Rotters is a popular urbanization of Sant Lluis, also known as "La Olla" it consists of a rocky bay where many platforms make it easy to access the cristal clear sea waters and sunbathe. This urbanization is second home to many locals. With just one little apartment complex and the popular bar Club Nautico. In addition, the little beach of Binissafua is just 800 meters away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
