Villa Calma is a stunning, recently renovated, spacious five bedroom, four bathroom villa that is situated in the popular area of Binibeca Nou on the South East coast of Menorca. The villa offers high quality accommodation and is within walking distance of restaurants and the beautiful Binibeca beach. The luxury villa was total renovated in 2020/2021 and has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and provides freshness and light in the interior. A family home with all the comfort and convenience you want. The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 King size Boxspring bed, 2 Queen size Boxspring beds, 1 Kingsize or 2 Double Boxspring beds and 1 with 2 single beds), 3 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom. They are all modern and with a rain shower in each. Through a spacious entrance you immediately enter the large open Living Room with 2 large glass sliding doors. In the sitting room there’s a stove fire and TV (Netflix, Youtube). The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. The covered BBQ area is a fantastic outdoor area. It has a generous and comfortable built-in BBQ, sink, freezer and counter top. This cosy area has a dining table and because it’s covered, it’s always has shade. The spacious swimming pool area is large and fantastic. The pool has its own large sun bathing terrace (120m2) with new furniture and a pergola for the shade. Facing South and overlooking the sea, private pool and garden. You can relax under the palm tree-leaves, enjoying your drink with panoramic sea-views! The pool can also be heated at extra cost. The laundry room provides a washing machine, an iron and iron board. Parking for three cars on the driveway and/or plenty of space at roadside. Experience life on a paradise island in this new luxury villa for lovers of the sea, good food and the beach. The villa has central heating and has a stove, so you can also use it outside the normal summer season! The Location

Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca, and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. Beach: An attractive, deep, fine white sand beach with shaded picnic area at rear and free toilets. Free parking at the rear and at the roadside. The beach waters are protected via a headland on the horizon. Perfect, shallow sandy bottomed and lined on both sides by rocks for great snorkeling. The beach bar of Los Bucaneros (converted fishermans hut ) even serves freshly cooked basic meals as well as snack and hot and cold drinks. Lifeguard. Kayaks and electric fun boats available to hire from beach. Sunbed and umbrella hire. Behind the beach Ice cream, crepes and other food and drink is available. The warm shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with younger children, though the beach is big enough if you need some space.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
