The Space
This beautiful reformed modern villa with Mediterranean garden, and barbecue area by the pool, is situated in a quiet street in the Binibeca urbanization on the south-east of the island, and only a short walk of 500m from the sandy beach and 600m from the commercial area, bars and restaurants. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Offers a bright lounge with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. The spacious kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing-machine, and all the utensils for 6 people. Villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
The Location
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and the famous “Los Bucaneros” beach bar and restaurant. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. This is a very relaxed area with no hotels or large crowds though there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
