Villa Una

This peaceful and traditional three-bedroom, two-bathroom Menorcan villa is located in the quiet rural urbanisation of Son Vitamina. The interior of the property is on one level and features a private pool, a large outdoor terrace and ample sunbathing space. It offers plenty of space and privacy for its guests. On entering, there is a large lounge equipped with a television, DVD player and IPTV offering a wide range of English channels. There is also a speaker system for playing music. To one side is the open plan kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary cooking utensils. The first bedroom is a double room with a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also has a washing machine hidden in a small cupboard. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, also with built-in wardrobes, and share a family bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning. Leaving the living room, through sliding doors, there is a covered terrace with table and chairs for 6 people. Stairs lead to another terrace, the garden and the pool. The pool has dimensions of 8x4m with steps leading to the shallow end. The newly built terrace, which overlooks the pool, is the perfect place to work on your tan. There is also a shower on the terrace to rinse off after a swim in the pool. The villa has 6 sun loungers which can be placed anywhere on the terrace for sunbathing at any time of day. There is also a large awning on the terrace which can provide shade when needed. A very nice addition to this villa is the roof terrace. Accessed via steps on the side of the house, it is a perfect place for sunbathing or having an aperitif at sunset. From here there are beautiful sea views and on a clear day you can even see the island of Mallorca. There is ample parking space for two cars at the entrance of the house. Both pool towels and hair dryers are included in the cost.
