The Space
Villa Bini Jan is a little menorquin style house, with classic decor and basic equipment, ideal for families who are looking for a relaxing holiday on the South-East coast of Menorca.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms, one double, one twin room and one bedroom with bunkbeds and an en-suite shower room; a family bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room (with washing machine), and a living-dining room with big patio windows that lead out to the little terrace that is ideal for al-fresco dining.
The terrace overlooks an attractive, well kept garden, with tall trees that provide plenty of fresh shade to the house and a fantastic private swimming pool.
Location
S'Algar is a well kept resort with just two hotels in the area, and the rest is apartments and villas. There is no beach in S'Algar but it has several bathing areas on the rocky seaside. The closest beaches are Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binibeca, which are are just a few kilometers away, but car rental is highly recommended. There are a handful of restaurants, bars and a handy supermarket in the area.
Villa Bini Jan finds itself 200m from the nearest supermarkets and amenities, 200 m from the sea but 3.3km from the nearest beach. Finally, the villa is located 14km from the Airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
