The Space
Villa Cristina is a single storey detached villa situated in Binibeca Vell, just 4 minutes walk from the popular fishing village. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cutlery and utensils. The villa comprises of three bedrooms, one double bedroom with en-suite and two twin bedrooms,a family bathroom, a living room with TV and DVD and an adjoining dining room. Connected to the dining room is a covered porch furnished with table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining.
The swimming pool (8m x 5m) is surrounded by a spacious garden with plenty of natural shade and a BBQ.
Although a car is not essential, this villa does benefit from a gated driveway.
Extra amenities include washing machine, ceiling fans and a safe.
Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.
The villa is located 450m from the nearest supermarkets and amenities. 200m from the beach and 13km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
