The Space
Villa Eva is newley reformed property that offers a bright and open living-dining area with comfortable armchairs, satellite TV/DVD (limited English channels) and a fireplace. The spacious and modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, diswasher and washing-machine, and enough utensils for 6 people. There are three bedrooms in this villa, two doubles and one twin room, one of which has air conditioning. Finally there are two showerrooms.
From the living room you can access the spacious covered terrace with table and chairs and barbecue, great for al-fresco dining and relaxing with friends and family. The terrace over looks the private swimming pool and has partial sea views.
Location
This beautifuly reformed villa is situated on a quiet street in the urbanization of Binibeca on the south-east of the island. Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here.
Binibeca is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
Villa Eva is only a short 500m walk from the sandy beach and 600m from the bars and restaurants. The airport and the port of Mahon are only 15 minutes by car and the picturesque town of Sant Lluis is only 10 minutes away. The beaches of Punta Prima, Alcaufar or Binisafua are also nearby.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
