The Space
Villa Mar y Roca is a charming little villa, with a classic menorquin style and basic equipment, located on the South Coast of the island. Built next to the little Binibeca Cliff, it also has fantastic sea views, both from the pool level and from the main bedroom's terrace.
The Villa is two storey. On the first level, you will find the lounge-dining area and the kitchen, with access to a little external washing area. On the lower level you will find an independent family bathroom, a doulbe bedroom with built in wardrobe and the main double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace with sea views.
Externally you find a decent size private pool with a sunbathing area and a covered terrace for al-fresco dining.
Location
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca Nou is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
This villa finds itself 200m from the nearest supermarkets and other amenities. The nearest beach is 600m and the airport is 15KM away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
