The Space
Villa Sea Mar is a recently reformed villa that is located in Binibeca Nou on the South coast of the island. This villa is distributed on one floor, with just 3 steps down to the dining area and kitchen. It comprises of three bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room is equipped with a TV ( limited English channels) and DVD player. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine allows this property to be perfect for self-catering.
The exterior of this property comprises of a furnished covered terrace with beautiful sea views, private swimming pool and a built in BBQ area.
Location
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca Nou is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
The restaurants and Supermarkets are approx. 280 metres from the Villa. Binibeca beach is about 200 metres from the Villa. In a radius of 5kms you can find the beaches of Punta Prima or Binisafua and also little ‘Calas’ rocky inlets.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
