This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa occupies a spacious plot and is within 8 minutes walking distance from the beautiful beach of Arenal den Castel. It has been individually designed and offers very comfortable and high quality accommodation with A/C in all of the bedrooms.
Entrance to the single storey villa is via a hallway with, to the right, a spacious sitting-dining room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas, quality dining table and chairs. The fully equipped bright modern kitchen has everything you need for the full self-catering experience. There is a separate utility room with washing machine. The master bedroom suite has a double bed and a spacious full en-suite bathroom plus doors leading out to the pool terrace. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a full family bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, bed side tables/lamps and A/C units. .
Patio doors lead out to the large covered dining area and a large sunbathing terrace. The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m with roman steps. The terrace has been furnished with rattan sofas and dining table for 6 people. The garden has been planted with Mediterranean shrubs, trees and lawn. This is a truly attractive and well-equipped villa which offers a relaxing space for a wonderful family holiday.

The Location

Punta Grosa is a small collection of villas next to the larger resort of Arenal den Castel. Punta Grosa has a local supermarket and Italian style restaurant. Arenal has much to offer from the beautiful beach to a good selection of bars, restaurant and shops.
