This tranquil three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a holiday home located in the quiet residential area of Binixica. The property is built over a single storey and is set on a large plot of almost 1000 square metres, it has a private pool with slide and offers privacy and plenty of space for its guests.
Upon entering you will come across a large living room, equipped with TV and DVD player. Just off the living room is the kitchen, equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are comprised of one master double room with built-in wardrobes and ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with two single beds each, fitted wardrobes and a shared family bathroom between them. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Off the lounge is a conservatory area with a dining table and 6 chairs plus a bar (with drinks fridge) and French doors opening on to the extensive terraces, garden and swimming pool.
Outside there is a 9x4m swimming pool with slide, sun terrace and a garden. There is ample off-street parking at the front of the villa. The pool area has a fence with gate so it can be made a little safer if you are travelling with children. There is also a large awning on the terrace so that you can find shade if you need it. Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
