The Space
This is a large bright modern villa, the ground floor has air conditioning and is a totally open plan lounge, diner, kitchen with dining table which seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen offers everything you will need for a self-catering holiday it has electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, electric hob, kettle and toaster. There is a wall mounted smart TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi. There are four sets of patio doors leading out to the covered terrace and a large private swimming pool with roman steps. There is an 8-seater dining table on the covered terrace and sofa seating area. The far side of the pool has a decked area with comfortable reclining sun beds. Also on the ground floor is a wc and a utility room with washing machine and basin.
All four bedrooms are on the second floor all of which have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There are two doubles with king size beds and two twin bedded rooms, also on this floor are two bathrooms one with a bath and the other with a walk in shower. All of the bedrooms have a patio door leading to a large sun terrace with sunbeds and sofa seating area.
The villa gardens all have well established planting and surround the entire villa. If you are lucky, you maybe able to pick your own lemons to use for a refreshing local drink of Xoriguer gin and fanta lemon called Pomada.
The Location
A few minutes walk from the villa there are bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Also, a few minutes in the other direction is the access to the Camí de Cavalls – the old rural road that runs along the perimeter of the island of Menorca, passing through the Albufera de Es Grau Natural Park, the heart of the Reserve of the Biosphere that is Menorca, and approaching the picturesque fishing village of Es Grau. It is a true paradise for lovers of nature and excursions! Less than a 5-minute walk away is the picturesque port of Addaia, home to various yachts and motor boats. Addaia has an ideal location, as it is less than 5 minutes by car from wonderful beaches such as Arenal d'en Castell, Na Macaret or Son Saura. A short drive of about 8 minutes will take you to the beautiful Fornells Beach, next to the historic town, marina and port, which offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and craft shops, as well as coastal views and walks. impressive by the enormous bay of Fornells. From this small town, you can also access the Camí de Cavalls. The abundant beaches on the south coast of Menorca, such as Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, Cala En Porter, etc. They are about 40 minutes by car.
The drive to reach Mahón and the airport is approximately 25 minutes by car; as well as to reach Ciutadella, the ancient capital of Menorca, which dominates the west coast along with a large number of beaches and coves.Pool towels and hair dryers are included.
The Port of Addaia in Menorca is a sheltered fishing and sailing port in the northeast of the island. The wide natural inlet is surrounded by rugged countryside, while the Addaia Tower dominates the entrance to the pretty estuary, where you can fish and dive. It is an area recognized for its beauty, its beaches, scuba diving and bird watching, as well as many well-marked routes for excursions on foot and by bicycle. In recent years, Addaia has become a residential area of high quality properties, built around the port, which is home to a variety of private boats. One of the best sailing schools in the Mediterranean is located in Fornells, just 15 minutes from Addaia.
Addaia has several shops and restaurants, as well as a small bar/tapas restaurant in the port, on the first line. A spectacular dirt road will take you around the coast of Addaia, with stunning views of the sea and towards the nearby town of Macaret. For those who want a little more atmosphere, the Arenal d'en Castell urbanization is just 5 minutes by car and has a large beach of about 650m and a wide variety of restaurants and bars. If you are a seafood lover, you cannot miss a visit to Fornells!

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
