The Space
Bini Sek is a totally Menorcan style villa located on the front line in Binibeca Vell so it has the most spectacular views, the sunsets over the water are incredible. There are three bedrooms, one main with double bed and en suite bathroom and two twin rooms that share the second bathroom. The rustic kitchen has all of the necessary appliances and utensils for a self catering holiday. The living room has comfortable sofas and a dining table if you prefer to dine indoors.
Outside you find a pleasant terrace with sofas and dining furniture, for eating, reading, relaxing or simply watching the boats go by. There is also a large lawned area with sun loungers, unfortunately the inflatable pool that can be seen in some of the photos is no longer available. The entire house has air conditioning.
Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.
Villa Bini Sek is situated in Binibeca Vell, on the south-east coast of the island. Binibeca is the nearest beach a 10 minute walk and a little further Punta Prima Binisafua. Also just 300m from the supermarket, bars and restaurants. 13km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
