The Space
This newly renovated first floor apartment is in the heart of the beautiful Menorcan fishing village of Es Grau. It has been very stylishly up graded, modern and yet Menorcan style. You enter in to the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Fully equipped kitchen space with built in dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There are two double bedrooms with curtained wardrobes and a single room with a day bed. The new bathroom has a double feed shower with large rainfall shower head, sink and W/C The lounge leads outside on to a small shaded terrace with a stair way up to the large roof terrace (10m x 5m). This space will be furnished for dining and sun bathing, it has a small built area with sink, washing machine and BBQ. As the new furniture for inside and out arrives the photos will be updated.

Located on the north-east coast to the north of Mahón, Es Grau is a charming fishing village set within a protected nature reserve with a beautiful unspoilt natural beach ranking among the most natural locations in Menorca, blessed by nature.
Es Grau is a small, sleepy fishing village that offers families an old-fashioned seaside holiday with an authentic insight into Menorcan life and cuisine. Children can enjoy paddling in its shallow crystal clear waters whilst teenagers can experience sea kayaking, stand up paddle boarding or snorkelling. With a handful of delicious restaurants, selling fresh fish tapas and local other specialisties, Es Grau is one of Menorca’s best-kept secrets.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
