The Space
Girasol Gardens is a classically-built apartment complex divided into several blocks all looking onto the central pool which is itself surrounded by spacious well kept gardens with plants, bushes and trees. There is a children´s pool and sun bed area. This is an ideal option for families with children who want the perfect holiday! Flexible arrival day (minimum stay 7 nights).
All have covered terrace as well as a smaller one at the back. The interior decor is classical and well looked after with recent furnishings.
The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and in most cases has a sofa bed, a couple of armchairs, a table and dining chairs.
A small but practical breakfast bar separates the compact but adequately equipped kitchen.
Just behind, off the passageway there is the bathroom with bath including shower accessory, WC, and washbasin.
Two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans, one of which has access to a small rear terrace.
Location
The apartment is a seven-minute walk from the nearest bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Son Bou. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. For many the lovely pristine beach is the main attraction, the longest on the island, with several bars and-restaurants dotted along its length and facilities for hiring sunbeds, parasols, pedalos and canoes. Club San Jaime is also nearby, this has extensive facilities including a large swimming pool, waterslides and restaurant. In addition, from June to September, many of the bars and restaurants provide live entertainment and music. There really is something for everyone in this clean and beautifully maintained resort.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
