The Space

Welcome to BiniMadi! This beautiful villa, completely renovated in 2024, is located three hundred and fifty meters from Calo Blanc, a small cove with turquoise water, and 350 meters from the beautiful and family-friendly beach of Binisafua. One of its greatest advantages is the proximity to the beach, which will make your stay more comfortable, since you can enjoy the sea without having to take the car.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find two cozy bedrooms with single beds and a shared bathroom. On the upper floor, a large suite awaits you with a fully open bathroom with shower and a private terrace with beautiful sea views.

The living room is a spacious and bright space where a large sofa invites you to relax. It is connected to an open kitchen integrating both spaces. In addition, the living room and kitchen open completely onto a large porch creating a single room. On this large porch you will find a table and a comfortable sofa where you can enjoy wonderful dinners and meals. Every corner of BiniMadi has a Mediterranean and cozy atmosphere. All rooms have air conditioning and also ceiling fans that allow you to enjoy a light breeze throughout the day without getting hot. The use of sand-coloured micro cement inside and outside the house unifies both spaces, creating a special connection with the environment and giving a unique and special touch to this villa.

The living room has internet, satellite channels and a large television for your entertainment. From the porch, steps lead directly to the pool, creating a feeling of absolute integration between the spaces. The villa is specially designed for adults or children with supervision, as the stairs are very close to the pool. The garden also has an outdoor Menorcan shower that makes your stay even more comfortable BiniMadi is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the natural environment in Menorca, where you can create special memories during your stay.

The Location

.The Binisafua beach is only 500m away (7 minutes walking), and the famous Es Caló Banc is even closer, just about 350m away, a swimming area on rocks which are in the area Binisafua beach. Just 4 kilometres away, you can visit the beautiful beach of Binibéca Nou and the famous fishing village of Binibca Vell. The nearest town is San Luis, located 5 kilometres away, and the airport is only 11 kilometres away, so you can hear the noise of the planes. Just 200 metres from the villa, there are two restaurants serving Mediterranean and Italian food, ideal for enjoying without taking the vehicle.
