The house has been built at a single level, which happens to be very rare in the Son Bou area, and therefore is very comfortable.Step inside to find a large sitting area with comfy sofas and big windows that access the exterior. It also has an independent dining area. It also has 3 double bedrooms, with a main double bed one with en-suite bathroom, a second with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom, and a third with 2 single beds. It also has a practical independent extra bathroom.

Now step outside, through the lounge windows, to find a large covered terrace with al fresco dining furniture and an impressive open terrace with private pool and sea views. On the back terrace you can enjoy the delight of cooking outdoors in the wonderful built in barbecue. The Location

The San Jaime area, just 400 meters away from a commercial area with supermarket, restaurant, souvenirs and other services. 700 meters away you will find the main commercial area in Son Bou, with a large selection of restaurants, bars and shops. And just 200 meters further, the fantastic beach of Son Bou.
Son Bou has a long (2.5 km) and relatively narrow beach (50 m wide) with fine sand and clear, shallow water. The water is generally calm, making it suitable for swimming and paddling, especially for children. The beach is backed by a large area of sand dunes and freshwater marshes, a protected natural area of special interest. This area is home to various bird species, amphibians, and insects.
