The Space
Villa Ocreparc is the perfect villa if you are looking for a sense of privacy during your holiday as it is located on an elevated plot from street level and surrounded by trees. Similarly, it also has a gated driveway with steps up that lead up to the main entrance.
This bright and traditional villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fire place and dining area, all of which is completely open plan; with high ceilings and patio doors that lead out onto the pool terrace, it has a very bright and airy feel.
There are three bedrooms, two twin bedded rooms which share a family bathroom and a double room with its own en suite bathroom and patio doors that also lead out onto the pool terrace. The villa also has free WiFi and a safe.
The outside space provides the perfect peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the summer sun, with sun beds, comfy sofa and chairs and a private swimming pool, alternatively for those more energetic there is a table tennis table. There is also a covered terrace furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining next to the brick-built BBQ.

All the amenities Son Parc has to offer are reachable within a short walk making Villa Ocreparc a great choice for your holiday. Son Parc is famed for its sandy beach as well as being home to the islands only golf course. The resort has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants in its centre.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
