The Space

Fabulous front-line villa for 6 people, with spectacular views to spend some incredible relaxing days on vacation on the island of Menorca. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds, one with two single beds and two bathrooms. The living room area has air conditioning, the dining room and kitchen has all the necessary equipment for a very pleasant stay in the villa.
The covered terrace with sofas and dining table to dine al fresco, barbecue, swimming pool, solarium with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy watching the multiple yachts and sailboats that sail through the area and a wonderful sunset that you will never forget. An exclusive house for those relaxing moment that we all need. This villa is rented Saturday to Saturday.

The Location

Binibeca Vell is well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. The nearest beach is Binibeca Nou famous for its white sand and crystal clear water, there are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the airport is only 12 km from the town.
In the surroundings you will find the beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua and the Ses Ollas area.
