The Space
Mar y Roca is a charming petite villa, with its own classic Menorcan style. The location is exceptional and the villa is adequately equipped.
Built next to the little Binibeca Cliff, located under the street level, away from all the buzz.
You feel the peace and privacy and enjoy the fantastic sea views, both on the pool level and the main bedroom terrace. Externally you find a decent size private pool with a sunbathing area and an ideal covered terrace for al fresco dining.
Inside, in the first level, you will find the lounge-dining area and the kitchen, with access to a little external washing area. On the lower level you will find and independent full bathroom, a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and also the main double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room and a terrace with sea views. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The Location
Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and the famous “Los Bucaneros” beach bar and restaurant. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. This is a very relaxed area with no hotels or large crowds though there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
