The Space
Villa 11b SJ is a semi-detached three bedroom, two bathroom villa with private garden. The living/dining room is open plan with TV. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and has been fully fitted with washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster and oven. The three bedrooms consist of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one bath with shower.
There is no swimming pool but the villa is located close to a communal swimming pool and the beach. However, the villa does have a covered terrace with tables and chairs, perfect for dining al-fresco. Flexible changeover day (minimum stay 7 nights).
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
Villa 11B SJ is located 290m from the nearest shops, bars and restaurants. 1000m from the closest amenities and 1.5km from the beach. The airport is situated 20km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
