Upon entering the villa, guests will come across the living/dining room area that has been comfortably furnished with sofas, chairs, a dining table that extends to seat eight, a TV with access to IPTV channels, a DVD player, a mini Hi-Fi with CD player and radio, and Wi-Fi Internet access.  Just off the lounge area is the kitchen, equipped with oven, halogen hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  There is an adjacent outdoor covered utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.  Three of the villa’s four bedrooms are just along the corridor; there is one double and two twin rooms, all with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.  There are also two bathrooms, one full bathroom and the other a shower room to accommodate these rooms' guests. The fourth and last room is another twin room, in an annexe just outside the kitchen.  It has an en-suite bathroom and a ceiling fan; it is ideal for a nanny, grandparents who would like some privacy, teenagers, etc. The property provides a built-in safe, for the guests' use if they so desire. From the living/dining room, there are French doors that lead out onto the terrace with an outdoor dining area and lovely manicured gardens.  Swimming pool (8x4m) with underwater lighting, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a built-in BBQ. There’s also a roof terrace with spectacular views down onto the sea.
