The Space
Villa Caluma is a semi-detached villa with a totally menorquin style, it is a simple house but very cozy, and has everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday. There are 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other two with single beds, has 2 shared bathrooms, a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking. With its 8x4 private pool and terrace it is ideal to spend a few days relaxing and having a great barbecue al fresco. This small house is ideal for a family with children.
Location
Villa Caluma is located very close to the beautiful fishing village of Binibeca Vell, restaurants, bars and the supermarket. It is located approximately one kilometer from the sandy beach of Binibeca Nou and, just a couple of kilometers away, is the Binisufa beach, but closer to the house you can find areas of rocks with cement platforms where you can swim in the sea with crystal clear waters as if you were bathing in a pool, it really is like a natural pool.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
