The Space
Villa Castellet is a charming villa is situated in a quiet area of Torre Soli Nou and boasts amazing views of Son Bou beach, there are varuious terraces on different levels from which the view of the sunset is magnificent. Steps lead up to the property. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living, kitchen, dining space with satellite TV and DVD and doors leading out to a lovely dining terrace with barbecue, the kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need for a full self catering holiday. In addition to this, there is a bathroom and an indoor laundry room. The bedrooms are located on the first floor: a master bedroom with double bed and two twin bedrooms, each has their own terrace area (2 of which have lovely sea views). All common spaces are equipped with air-conditioning. To the side of the property is a beautiful private pool area, which has been recently refurbished, the terrace is well furnished with sunbeds, chairs and tables and umbrellas. Free Wi-Fi.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
