The Space

Villa Ferrer is a detached villa and is distributed over two floors, both with independent entrances.
The main house, situated on the upper floor, comprises of a lounge/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwaher, etc., a utility room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom. There is also two full bathrooms. 
The annexe, situated on the lower floor consists of an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, two twin bedrooms and one shower room (1/2 size bath).  Free Wi-Fi.
The swimming pool (6m x 3m) is located at the front of the property, has roman steps and is surrounded by a small sunbathing terrace. 
On the opposite façade, connected to the lounge, is a balcony with pretty views over Cala Molí. This balcony is furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco dining.

Location

Villa Ferrer is located in the residential resort Addaia on the north coast of the island. There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants are less than 10 minutes walk from the villa, and within 5 minutes drive is the tourist urbanization Arenal d’en Castell with its pretty white sand beach. Other beaches, both north and south coast, are a 15 minute drive away, as are towns Alaior and Mahon. Vehicle is necessary.
