Villa La Joya an attractive 5 bedrooms property located in the heart of Calan Porter. There are spectacular sea views and sunsets from the chill out zone located on the roof terrace, a staircase twists up to this impressive terrace which gives vistas over Calan Porter to the sparkling sea beyond or relax by the private pool (25ft x 14ft), perfect for lazy days in the sunshine. The swimming pool is located at the front of the villa, there is a partial sea view from this area. The sunbeds and outdoor seating are ideally placed around the pool edge with a pergola for shade.  For the more active there is a pool/billard and table tennis table. The exterior dining table and chairs perfectly positioned to watch over the activities in the pool. The BBQ for cooking up a feast is located right next to the dining area with an extra fridge for drinks. The entrance to the villa is via a small gate leading directly into the outdoor dining and pool area with 2 steps to access the villa. There is plenty of street parking available for your hire car should you choose to have one to explore Menorca's delights.  The front door opens into the interior dining area with limited space which has large picture windows overlooking the pool. The lounge is to the other side set in a unusual quirky circular room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV & DVD with English channels including BBC and ITV.  The u- shaped compact kitchen is open plan to the lounge area. It has a modern design with light coloured units, inbuilt microwave and oven.  There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en suite bathroom. A shower room is conveniently located next to the other double bedroom. There are 3 twin bedrooms which share the facilities of 2 shower rooms, 1 of which houses the washing machine. All the bedrooms are bright and airy with co-ordinated stylish decor throughout.
