This traditional five bedroom, four bathroom villa boasts one of the most spectacular positions of Mahon’s stunning harbour. It is located on the north side of the harbour, on the frontline with uninterrupted views of the Isla del Rey. It is situated down a quiet cul-de-sac, in a residential area and therefore is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Because of its slightly isolated location, a hire car is recommended although Carlos, the water taxi, can be booked to ferry guests across the harbour to either Mahon or Es Castell since the villa has its own jetty and mooring dock.
The villa has a large driveway, big enough for three cars. From the driveway, there are steps leading down to the entrance door. On entering the villa there is a spacious hallway. From the hallway, to the right, you will find the large lounge/diner, which is comfortably furnished equipped with TV with IPTV channels, DVD player, and Wi-Fi Internet access. In addition, there is a dining table which can comfortably seat 6 people. There is also a log burner to warm the room on chillier evenings in either spring or autumn. There are dual aspect doors from this room that lead out onto the large wrap-around terrace, where there are spectacular sea views.
The modern kitchen with cream units and a granite worktop is well supplied with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee maker, plus cutlery, crockery, etc There is also a twin bedroom to the right of the hallway with its own en-suite shower room. To the left of the hallway are the remainder of the bedrooms. Three double bedrooms and one single. The master bedroom with king-size bed has patio doors leading directly on to the terrace. Due to its position it enjoys those spectacular sea views. The master bedroom and one of the other doubles have their own en-suite. The single and one of the double bedrooms share a family bathroom, with a bath and overhead shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fully fitted wardrobes.
From the kitchen, lounge and two of the bedrooms are doors leading on to the covered terrace. There is ample room for a dining room table and chairs. From the main terrace there is a brick built barbecue with food preparation areas and steps leading down to the large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace. The rectangular pool with Roman steps is 9.4 metres x 4.4 metres. The tiled pool terrace area has ample space for the sunloungers. Additional steps leads to a number of terraces to enjoy a “sundowner” and admire the spectacular sea views. In addition, there is also access to the pool jetty and direct access to the water´s edge.
Whilst this property´s living accommodation is all one level, please note that there are steps to access the property itself, plus the pool area and additional terraces so this must be taken into account for those with mobility problems.
Cala Llonga is a quiet residential area –perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway- although it is rather secluded and a hire car is highly recommended.
Villa Los Arcos is located a 10 minutes drive away from the Port of Mahon, also at a 10 minutes drive is the nearest beach and 10km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
