The Space
Villa Perla Nou is a beautiful villa located in the center of Binibeca Nou just 300 meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca.
This villa has been recently renovated and consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, each one with air conditioning, it has 2 full bathrooms. The modern style kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable. The terrace has a table and chairs where you can dine in the cool summer and canopy cover for when you need it, the gorgeous pool to swim and relax and then sunbathe on the loungers. You will enjoy distant views of the sea.
The house is located just 13 km from Menorca airport. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and leisure areas such as kayaking, bicycles, diving, etc. Several restaurants a few meters from the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell. In addition to the Binibeca beach, you will also find the beaches of Binisafua, Punta Prima, Alcaufar or if you prefer swimming on the rocks, just 800 m away you will find the Binibeca Vell platforms, a little further but about 5 minutes by car, this the famous cove of Ses Ollas in Binisafua Rotter.
The house is very well located, close to everything.
Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
