The Space
Fabulous front line villa, with 3 double bedrooms for 6 people, with spectacular views to spend some incredible days on vacation on the island of Menorca.
It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds, two bathrooms. It consists of living room with aire conditioning and dining room, kitchen with all the necessary equipment for your pleasant stay in the villa, two bathrooms, terrace with sofas and dining room to dine al fresco, barbecue, swimming pool, solarium with table and chairs, from where you can enjoy watching the multiple yachts and sailboats that sail through the area and a wonderful sunset that you will never forget. An exclusive house for those relaxing moment that we all need.
Location
Villa Rocio is very close to the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell where you can find several restaurants to go to dinner, bars, shops where you can enjoy taking a nice walk, supermarkets and Just 1 km approx. this beach of Binibeca Nou, famous for its white sand and crystalline water, also near the villa there are platforms where you can swim off the rocks as if you were in a natural pool
The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the airport is only 12 km from the town.
In the surroundings you will find the beaches of Binisafua and Binisafua.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
