The Space
Villa Rosymar is located on a quiet street with a pine forest directly in front of the property. The beautiful beach of Son Saura is only a short 1 kilometer walk from the villa. The swimming pool is at the back of the property and surrounded by sunbathing terrace and indigenous plants. In the same area there is a table and chairs and stone barbeque for al fresco dining.
The villa is distributed over two floors, the ground flour has the lounge/dining room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom (1,50m), 2 twin bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. The first flour has a twin bedroom with its own balcony.
Location
Villa Rosymar is located in Son Parc on the north coast of the island, only 15 minutes by car from the capital Mahon and 10 minutes from Fornells and Es Mercadal. Son Parc is home to many attractions, water sports, restaurants and bars all within walking distance 1 to 2 kilometers. The islands only golf course is also only 2 kilometers.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
