Son de Mar is one of our most highly recommended villas, with its superb position less than 150m from the water’s edge in the sought after area of Cala LLonga. On the main floor through the entrance hall, there is a wonderful modern kitchen fitted with high quality oak units and marble worktops. It is fully equipped with a concealed dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven, hob, blender, electric juicer, Nutribullet, Tassimo coffee machine, ice crusher, microwave and all the crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for self-catering.  There is access to the dining room from the kitchen, with table and chairs which would comfortably seat 6.  From the dining room there is a staircase that leads up to a tower room with views over the port and a telescope to provide an even better view!  From the entrance hall is a lounge with sofas, coffee table, and patio doors ensuring the room is full of light.  The lounge leads on to the separate dining room.  One of the main master bedrooms is also on this floor; it has a double bed with ensuite facilities, including a bath-spa. From the entrance hall there is a curving marble staircase that leads down to the lower floor, where there is a lounge, bar area and utility room with the washing machine in it Leading from the lounge are French doors that go onto the terrace. These areas are light, spacious and tastefully furnished.  The living area is equipped with a TV with access to Sky Channels, a DVD player, a music system and Wi-Fi Internet access. The three bedrooms on this floor are comprised of one master king bedroom and two doubles, all with ensuite bathrooms, two with showers and one with a bath with an overhead shower. In addition to being fully air conditioned, the lounges, kitchen and tower also have ceiling fans.  Outside, there is a garage to one side of the house for guests to leave their cars if they wish, and also a detached annex with a bedroom/lounge area, kitchenette and a bathroom.  This is perfect for grandparents, nannies, parents with a baby, etc. To the back of the house is the outdoor covered dining terrace with table and chairs, sofas, sun loungers and a BBQ.  On the lower terrace is a stunning 10x6m infinity swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, with incredible views over the harbour.  There is an outside bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet that can be accessed directly from the terrace, so that guests do not have to trail water through the house. There is a full clean and change of linen and towels every three to four days.
