This lovely, larger than average, three-bedroom two-bathroom villa offers spacious accommodation and is located in the popular resort of Binibeca. It is in large spacious grounds, with it’s own swimming pool and countryside views. It is highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.
Upon entering the villa there is a fully furnished living room, equipped with flat screen TV with access to IPTV channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet and a floor-standing fan. From here there are doors that lead out onto the pool terrace. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, and all the necessary utensils and crockery necessary for a self-catering holiday. The washing machine is located in the garage.
The bedrooms are comprised of one master double room with en-suite walk-in shower room, built-in wardrobes and doors that lead onto the outdoor terrace, and then there are two twin rooms with two single beds each and standalone wardrobes. They share a full family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outdoors, the 9 x 5m pool with roman steps is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample room for the sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs and a portable gas BBQ in a covered terrace from which there are lovely countryside views. On the drive there is plenty of space for two cars and there is also space available in the garage.
Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
