The Space
Villa Casa Del Toro is a stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa on two floors that sleeps up to 6 people (+ free cots available). The first floor has a spacious lounge with an open plan kitchen and dining area with two large patio doors leading out to the pool area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a shower bathroom. The first floor has a king size double room and ensuite shower bathroom and patio doors leading to a large upper terrace with dining and sun-bathing area.
The private pool, which is not overlooked, is furnished with a six-person dining table and chairs, sun loungers and a built-in brick BBQ. The villa benefits from off street parking, free Wi-Fi, memory foam mattresses, Smart TV and much more.
Located just a short walk from supermarket, beautiful Arenal d'en Castell beach, nice bars & restaurants and a kids play park (all within 5-10 minutes).
Car hire is not required unless you want to explore the island of Menorca.

The Location
Punta Grosa is a small collection of villas next to the larger resort of Arenal den Castel. Punta Grosa has a local supermarket and Italian style restaurant. Arenal has much to offer from the beautiful beach to a good selection of bars, restaurant and shops.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
