Casa del Verano

Casa del Verano is an attractive, detached, recently renovated villa situated in a quiet residential road in Binibeca. It has pretty, well established gardens with lovely sea views from its large dining terrace and roof terrace. You enter the property in to an open plan living/dining room area, equipped with a TV (with IPTV channels), DVD player, and Wi-Fi. This room leads out onto the outdoor terrace, where there is another dining area with table and chairs, a built-in brick charcoal BBQ, outdoor furniture (sofas and chairs) and views down to the beach. Down a small flight of stairs is the 8x5m swimming pool, surrounded by a lawned area and also a paved sun terrace. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to ensure the safety of children. On the pool terrace, there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower for the guests’ convenience. There is also an upper roof terrace with a table and two chairs with further views out onto the Mediterranean Sea and also a large wooden dining table bench ideal for eating dinner of an evening whilst watching the sun set. The newly installed, high quality and well-equipped, fully fitted kitchen features fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate utility area just outside the kitchen with a washing machine and an area to dry your clothes. The bedrooms are comprised of two double rooms, one twin rooms and one bunk bed room that is only suitable for children (please ask us about this when booking). The rooms are all air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, they share two, recently fully renovated bathrooms both with walk in showers, a WC, sink and heated towel rails. Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
