This detached three bedroom, two bathroom villa is found in the popular beach resort of Cala En Porter on the island´s South coast. Located down a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a short walk away from all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that the resort provides, as well as its beautiful beach with white sand and pristine water. The villa is all on one level, making access easy for everyone. There is a large living/dining room with high ceilings, ensuring that the villa stays cooler during the warmer months. It is tastefully furnished with 2 large sofa and chairs along with TV with IPTV channels, Wi-Fi internet access and air-con. The large, gally kitchen is off the lounge diner and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday including all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. All three bedrooms are located off the living/dining room. To the right, the Master Bedroom has large King Size bed with fitted wardrobes and is air conditioned. This room has an En Suite with a bath and shower over it, sink, WC and Vanity Unit. To the left is a good sized double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and another good sized twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes. Both of these rooms have both ceiling and free standing fans. There is one large family bathroom in between the Double and Twin bedrooms with a shower, sink and WC. Through the patio doors off the living room there is a terrace area with sea views, with outdoor furniture including an outdoor dining table and 6 chairs, then 2 steps down to the pool and large terrace areas for sunbathing with 6 sunbeds and parasol. To the side of the house is a brick built barbecue and another area for outside dining. Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.
