The Space
Ses Casetes is a small privately owned complex of 8 bungalows situated 250 yards from the stunning horse shoe shaped bay in Arenal D’en Castell and within easy walking distance of a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms (2x doubles & 1x twin), spacious lounge area with TV, (Amazon firestick) and soundbar, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, 1 shower room and laundry area with washing machine and drying facilities.
Each bedroom has ceiling and free standing fans and there is also a central air conditioning unit which is coin operated.
The villa has a private outside terrace area for dining and relaxing where you will find patio furniture, sun umbrellas and an outside sofa.
The complex has a large (14m x 5m) pool with a children’s section and extensive sunbathing terraces. 6 sun loungers and a parasol are provided for exclusive use.
Shops, restaurants and the beach are all within a few hundred yards making a car not essential. There are 20 bars and restaurants within walking distance. (Including the Coves Noves Commercial Centre) To suit all budgets & tastes

The Location
Arenal D'en Castell is rated one of the best beaches on the island. Thanks to the large horseshoe bay, gently sloping beach and crystal clear waters. Perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The beach has lifeguards on duty during the summer months.
Water sports can be found on the beach including pedaloes, kayaks, and paddleboards. There are 4 restaurants on the beach, and many more with an elevated sea view, all perfect for a relaxing lunch or evening meal.

Son Parc Golf is a local golf course situated in the resort of Son Parc. It offers an 18-hole championship course set amidst beautiful Mediterranean scenery. The "Cami de Cavalls" is a famous trail in Menorca that passes through the centre of Arenal. It literally translates to "the path of horses". As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
