The Space
Suites Las Vistas is a project that aims to offer a unique kind of luxury property. Orientated to couples who search to enjoy a PREMIUM accommodation with exclusive services and unbeatable sea views. Las Vistas offers guests a private and unique environment, where contemplating the sunset from the terrace is a spectacular and unrepeatable experience. The apartment has been totally refurbished and designed with a fresh and modern style. With 2 comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning, flat TV screens, open wardrobes and panel windows with sea views. The common area is a large and unique space, with lounge with a big flat SMART TV screen (40"). The kitchen is open style with a bar-dining area, and is totally equipped, including bottle rack, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has free wifi and includes maid services and fresh towels every two days.

The Location
Son Bou has a long (2.5 km) and relatively narrow beach (50 m wide) with fine sand and clear, shallow water. The water is generally calm, making it suitable for swimming and paddling, especially for children. The beach is backed by a large area of sand dunes and freshwater marshes, a protected natural area of special interest. This area is home to various bird species, amphibians, and insects.
Son Bou is a modern beach resort with services such as shops, restaurants, hotels, and amenities for all ages. It is also known for its Blue Flag certification, indicating its cleanliness and safety standards.
The beach is well-equipped with facilities, including parking, showers, toilets, litter bins, and rentals for parasols and sunbeds. It also has good wheelchair access. Son Bou has a developed, modern resort area on the east side, with services and amenities. The western part of the beach is generally quieter, more natural, and less crowded, with some sections being used by nudists.
Night life in Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops and lots to entertain all ages. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castel with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife. All of these can be reached by using the local bus service from the entrance to the resort.

Maid service and fresh towels every two days, pool towels and special food pack.
As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
