After a long flight of stairs, the house, in a fresh and modern style, is distributed in a ground floor with a very comfortable distribution. Inside, we are greeted by its spacious living room, connected to a modern and fully equipped kitchen with incredible views. The rooms are distributed in 2 areas. Next to the dining room, a double room with a comfortable en-suite bathroom. From the living room, after a couple of steps, are the other 3 rooms. Two of them with single beds and sharing a separate bathroom, and on the other hand, the large double room, with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. All rooms enjoy air conditioning.
Outside, the terrace offers two spaces: the outside dining room and a chill-out area with sofas. Both areas protected from the sun by awnings with remote control. To complete the experience, Villa Alba has a large terrace with a swimming pool and furniture for sunbathing. Also a complete built-in barbecue to enjoy the best al fresco cuisine.
