The Space
Located in the heart of the popular resort of Cala’n Porter on Menorca’s beautiful south coast, this welcoming three-bedroom villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing Mediterranean getaway. Combining comfort, convenience and a fantastic location, it is ideal for families and friends looking to enjoy everything the island has to offer.
Accommodating up to six guests, the villa features three bedrooms with two double beds (both with air conditioning) and two single beds, two bathrooms, and a range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, lounge air conditioning, WiFi, TV & Netflix The living, dining, kitchen area is bright light and open plan. The villa is fully equipped for a self catering holiday including dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, guests can unwind by the private swimming pool and make the most of Menorca’s sunshine. There is ample terrace furniture for relaxing, BBQing and dining.
Everything you need is within easy reach, with a supermarket less than 300 metres away and a great selection of restaurants, bars and cafés all within a short 500-metre stroll. The beautiful beach of Cala’n Porter, famous for its crystal-clear waters and beach bars, is just a 10-minute walk away and can also be reached by road.
The Location
Cala En Porter is set on the cliffs overlooking a stunning bay in a protected nature area offering fabulous views of countryside, white sands and turquoise waters. This is a self-contained resort perfect for those wanting everything nearby. It is also close to Mahon, Es Castell and Alaior if you fancy a change of scenery.
The beach at Cala En Porter is perfect for smaller children due to it’s perfect sands, gently sloping shallows falling into crystal clear turquoise waters. Whilst it is very popular for families the beach is big enough for those who prefer to avoid others and find their ideal spots too!
The beach can be reached on foot via steps, by car with free car parking under shade or you can walk down the beach road. At the beach front there are public toilets and a red cross/lifeguards post. There are also a few beachside cafe bars and basic restaurants along the beachside promenade in case you don’t fancy walking back up the hill for your lunch.
Many of Menorca’s stunning south coast beaches, including Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Son Bou, are all within a 20-minute drive, while the island’s charming capital, Mahón, is only 15 minutes away by car. Whether you are looking for lazy days by the pool, family beach adventures or evenings.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
